Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are your products all new? How can your prices be so low?
    Yes, - all our products are new (unless marked as refurbished in very few cases). 
    We keep our overhead low in order to sell at low prices.
  • Can you ship COD ?
    No. We can not ship COD.
  • Do you ship outside the U.S.?
    No. We can only ship to the 50 US states plus DC
  • Is it safe to enter my credit card online?
    See this assurance from Yahoo, our technology provider.
  • Will you send a confirmation of my order?
    Yes, every order is confirmed by our system. You will receive an email confirmation within an hour of placing your order.
  • Will you send shipment tracking information?
    Yes, our system will automatically email you when shipment tracking information becomes available.
  • After I place an order, can I cancel it before it ships?
    No. We try to ship as soon as possible after you've placed your order. See below for our return policy.
  • Do you take phone orders?
    No, but our website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Can anything delay my order?
    Yes. Your order may be delayed for verification if you ask us to ship to a different address from your billing address. 
  • You're out of stock on an item; when do you expect it?
    We get new stock daily, but since there are so many variables we can't control, we can't estimate arrival on any given item.
  • Can I call, fax or mail you my order?
    No, as an eCommerce company, we don't have a phone sales force.
  • How much will shipping cost?
    Our website calculates this for you. Simply place the item in your cart.
  • How long will it take to ship?
    We'll ship you order the same business day if placed before 2PM EST. UPS then controls the shipping time based on distance from our Oklahoma warehouse.
  • Can you ship via Express Mail (or any other method not available on your order form) ?
    No, unless your order is too large for UPS, and then we'll contact you.
  • Can you check stock on an item?
    No, but you can! Just try and put the item in your cart.
  • How come an item won't go in my cart?
    We're out of stock. You probably missed a red message at the top of the screen.
  • Won't you ship outside the US -- just this once???
    No. Sorry, but the procedures involved at customs made this cost prohibitive for us.
  • Why is shipping so much for one tiny, inexpensive item?
    Because we have to pay for the box, shipping materials, and labor for shipping all orders, regardless of weight.
  • Can you give me a discount for buying more than one of an item?
    We can only offer quantity discounts to verified resellers, typically in quantities of 50 or more.
  • I like to bargain - is that your best price or match some other site's price?
    The website lists the best price we can offer.

Returns sent to this location will not be accepted.

Same Day Shipping

    Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day are shipped that day!
    Our system will automatically email you a shipping number late on the night that your package ships.
    Please allow at least a FULL business day before requesting a shipping number.
    Please be realistic when estimating your shipping time, especially when calculating holidays, weekends and overnight periods.
    We can not be held responsible for missed delivery dates because of the number of variables involved.

    Our shipping charges are based upon standard UPS charges, plus a shipping and handling fee.

No Back Orders

    Our system scans the warehouse a few times daily for inventory before you place your order. No worries!
    Very occasionally, because of high order volume, back orders can occur when many orders for a particular item are placed. When this happens, you'll be notified and asked if you'd like to wait for your order or given a chance to cancel it.

Return Policies

  • All returns require a Return Goods Authorization Number issued from ElectroGalaxy.Com. Please contact us for an RA number. Products returned without this authorization will be refused. 
  • Non-defective returns may be assessed a 20% restocking fee within 90 days of purchase.
  • Handling fees and freight charges will not be refunded.
  • Non-defective products will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.
  • Defective products may be returned to within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective products must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
  • All returns must be returned to warehouse freight PREPAID regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent because of a mistake on our part, it will be shipped to you without freight expense or a handling fee.
  • A new PO number is required for replacement orders or per prior arrangements with us.
  • Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 90 days after sale, regardless of reason.
  • Copiers/Printers/Fax Machines-Once the toner has been installed, these items can not be returned.
  • Certain items (always labeled as such) may not be accepted for return by the manufacturer, and so we can't either.
  • We do not ship out of the US. We are only responsible for return shipment from within the US, regardless of circumstances.

Typographical Errors

  • In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, ElectroGalaxy.Com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ElectroGalaxy.Com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ElectroGalaxy.Com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account.
